CHILLY SPICY POTATOE

Ingredients:
400gms. baby potatoes, washed, scrubbed, boiled1/2 cup plain curds1/4 tsp. pepper powdersalt to taste3 green chillies1-1/2" ginger2 tbsp. oil1 stalk curry leaves1 tsp. cumin seeds
Powder together:1 tsp. sugar 3 cloves3 cardamoms1" stick cinnamon

Method:
Grind together green chillies and ginger to a paste.
Mix together potatoes, curds, pepper, salt, ground paste.
Heat ghee in a pan, add cuminseeds and curryleaves.
Allow to splutter.
Add potato mixture, and saute till oil separates.
Remove from flame, mix in the powdered ingredients and serve immediately.
